Our Verdict
The ASJMR set’s main strength is its dual-function design, merging a spacious dining table with a gas fire pit for warmth and ambiance. This makes it a compelling option for buyers seeking an all-in-one entertaining solution rather than separate pieces. The primary trade-off involves the premium-tier positioning, which places it at the higher end of the market for this category. It’s best suited for homeowners with a dedicated outdoor space who prioritize versatile, low-maintenance furniture for family meals and social gatherings, and who value the integrated heating feature.

Design & Build Quality
The set uses a wood-grain heat transfer finish on the armrests and fire pit table top, replicating the look of natural teak. This design choice offers the aesthetic appeal of wood without the associated maintenance like regular oiling, aiming for a rot-resistant and easy-to-care-for surface. The frame incorporates a triangular stabilizing base on the swivel chairs, which is intended to enhance safety and stability during use.
Ergonomics are addressed through a gently curved backrest on the chairs, designed to conform to body contours for improved comfort. The construction prioritizes a sturdy feel, with the listed weight capacity suggesting suitability for various body types. These elements combine to create a unified appearance focused on both visual texture and practical durability.
Weather Resistance & Safety
The high-density Textilene fabric is described as breathable, quick-drying, and fade-resistant, having undergone a 2000-hour color fastness evaluation. This positions it as a material intended for year-round outdoor exposure to various weather conditions. The woven blend of three colors is meant to offer a versatile hue that coordinates with other outdoor furniture.
For the fire pit function, the one-touch ignition system is designed for quick starts and efficient heating. The manufacturer’s listing provides specific guidance on safe clearance distances and ventilation; always follow these instructions precisely. Never operate a gas fire pit in enclosed or covered spaces unless explicitly stated as safe by the manufacturer.
Stability & Setup
The triangular base on the swivel chairs is a key structural feature intended to distribute weight and prevent tipping. This design, coupled with the stated 350-pound weight capacity per chair, suggests a focus on secure seating for everyday use. The stability of the fire pit table itself relies on its inherent construction and proper assembly on a level, stable surface.
As with any outdoor furniture, especially one with a fire feature, ensuring the set is on a firm, non-combustible surface is crucial. The manufacturer’s setup instructions will include specific anchoring or placement recommendations to maximize safety. Adhering to these guidelines is essential for safe operation.
Space & Everyday Use
This 7-piece set is designed as a central hub for outdoor living. The round fire pit table converts to a dining surface with a lid, offering flexibility between cozy fire-side gatherings and meals for up to six people. The wide tabletop is intended to provide ample space for plates, drinks, or other items during use.
The 360-degree swivel and gentle 15-degree rocking motion on the chairs aim to facilitate easy conversation and posture adjustment. This combination makes the set suited for prolonged lounging and social interaction. It requires a dedicated patio, deck, or backyard area large enough to accommodate the full footprint of the table and six chairs with clearance.
Assembly & Installation
The assembly process for this ASJMR Outdoor Dining Table Set for 6 involves putting together multiple components, including the table, six chairs, and connecting the fire pit system. The manufacturer provides the necessary hardware and instructions. The gas connection for the fire pit requires careful attention to ensure all fittings are secure and leak-free.
It is advisable to have a helper during assembly due to the number of pieces and the size of the table. Always perform a thorough check of all connections, particularly for the fire pit, before first use. Consult the included manual for the recommended number of installers and detailed step-by-step guidance.
Extras & Included Accessories
The set includes a lid that converts the fire pit into a standard dining table, a critical accessory for its dual functionality. This allows the unit to seamlessly transition from a heat source to a flat eating surface. The inclusion of this component is central to the product’s value proposition.
No other accessories, such as cushions or a protective cover, are mentioned in the supplied specifications. The chairs feature integrated Textilene fabric seats and backs. Buyers seeking additional comfort items or weather protection for extended storage would need to source those separately.
